Coffees & Food Products:
CAFECOSA is as committed to sourcing sustainable and enviornmentally friendly coffees as we are to the 100% satisfaction of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with our coffees or food products, we will exchange the item or credit your account, whichever you prefer. This is our guarantee to you.

Electronics:
We have a 30 day 'no-questions-asked' return policy on all of our electronics. We simply ask that you return your item in "like new" condition and include all manuals, accessories and parts. Please call us prior to shipping to obtain a credit/exchange authorization form to include with your return.

At CAFECOSA we structure our roasting and shipping cycle to assure maximum freshness. We don't have a large inventory of roasted beans like many coffee companies. Instead we Custom Roast all of our gourmet coffee orders.

At times we do sell out of our roasted gourmet coffee beans. When that happens we move your order to the next roasting cycle to assure the maximum freshness that our customers have become accustomed to.

Roasting and Shipping Cycle:
All orders received before close of business on Friday will be included in the current Roasting Cycle and will be shipped out the following tuesday.

If you order beans after close of business on Friday your order will be included in the next roasting cycle.

Generally, it takes between 7-10 business days to receive your order from Costa Rica. However, it is possible (yet VERY rare) that your order will be delayed by US Department of Agriculture/Customs for inspection.
